      Best pho restaurant beside the office

      - Micromanagement to the max - Spying from upper managements - You are never paid enough - Favouritism to the max - you are doing 2-3 person's job everyday - Too much work all the time. If you can't meet their expectations, they think you are lazy - CEO calling you on the weekends to get work done - Never values their employees - Always yelling and getting mad at their employees for their faults - The company never thinks you're good enough - No space for growth whatsoever Honestly worst experience I've ever had. I am glad I got out of it quick. Do me a favor and find somewhere else to work. You can do way better anywhere else.

      Cons

      No training for the role. Management/CEO will message you at any hour of the day. Be prepared to wake up to a phone full of exclamation points. WhatsApp is the primary method of communication in this office. There's spying, senior employees gossiping, no real management system, a timecard machine, and a half-hour lunch you'll be peer-pressured into taking in-office. Also be prepared to fix prior employee's errors, go above and beyond, and receive only just-above-minimum-wage & criticism in exchange.

      They will not appreciate your work, if you have an emergency they will ask you for proof from Emergency care and no benefits there as well
