Offered a neat and unique technology within an industry where that hasn't been many innovations, very international team (from Brazil, USA, Chile, Europe).
Cons
Often lack of communication among the difference areas which resulted in upset clients and also technology was hard to understand and explain to clients if you weren't a developer.
