Dodgy Management

Pros

- Friendly team - Reliable pay and holiday - 20% discount - Lot's of learning opportunity

Cons

- Ignorant management who change things without managing impact, then blame staff for not being 'good enough' - Lack of any contingency planning so when things go wrong everyone is confused as panic. - Little/no training. Expected to learn everything on the spot while being told off for not doing things right. - Constantly understaffed while management increase capacity and encourage more customers team cannot handle with quality. - Equipment always faulty/ broken. No hot water often. - If you're good at your job instead of any benefit you get given the slack of some of the slower members who they refuse to discipline. - Many staff constantly ill with no punishment adding to the already rotad understaffing.
