Pros

Remote and no cold calling

Cons

What an absolute joke of a company. Their chatbot, which they tout as their best product, is mediocre at best. The sales team feels like a group of used car salespeople, all trained by the CEO, who is essentially a wannabe Jordan Belfort—definitely not someone you'd want involved in sales training. The CEO mumbles through conversations, constantly misleads clients, and can’t seem to keep his story straight. He refuses to be on camera, gives zero direction for the company, and contradicts himself left and right. Worst of all, he's abusive to the entire team while claiming to be a "team builder." It’s incredibly bizarre that you’ll never see him (DJ Beezzy) on camera—huge red flag. Stay far away from this scam of a company! Straight commission pay, so you get what you pay for.

Pros

Nonexistent I cant think of any pros of working here

Cons

No work life balance You’re on call back to back zoom meetings with clients all day Your whole day you’re in meetings They make you work like a slave 8.5 hour shift You get paid $23 an hour to work a job that should be paying you minimum $90,000+ You’re working a sales, support and customer success role all in one. You’re doing a 3 person job Not worth the money or your mental health

Pros

Woosender is a very unique company to work for. In sales, it's different in that the company culture encourages collaboration and mutual assistance and respect between salespeople. It's not cut throat - there's more than enough for everyone and we work together to achieve our goals. Unlike most companies, Woosender does not require their team to hunt for leads - They have awesome marketing and as a result you always have a qualified person to talk to. The product works incredibly well, and this means that you absolutely play an active role in helping people realize their dreams.

Cons

Not really a con, but you are required to talk to eight businesses a day. This means more opportunity for commission, but it also means more opportunity for burnout and you have to keep a close eye on energy levels. Additionally, the calls are very dynamic with a wide range of business types, which means you have to be incredibly engaged with each call and have a working knowledge of a multitude of industries in order to assess their needs correctly. This knowledge base comes with time, but the road there requires patience on your part.
