Pros

Bonus, but that is to keep people working under multiple roles in same salary. Giving Bonus is beneficial for them instead of giving salary hike. because if they give salary growth, they will have to pay it every month to each employee. To avoid that they give Bonus, once a year (that also depends on their mood).

Cons

Everything is bad here. They have HR but still there is no HR policy, No PF, No PT. They drag you down if you want growth, like crabs in a bucket. The management doesn't listen to you, they are judgemental. They make you work in multiple KRAs/roles with same salary and if you speak about salary hike, they get annoyed and they start showing you that they have done a favor hiring you (such a shame) just like a cheap local store owner does.
