the firm uses underpaid overworked interns to design and complete projects. lots of wasted time on design and reviews. interns are working 7 days about 12 hours a day sometimes up to 24 hours prior to deadlines.
Very low staff morale. Principals scream at staff and each other on a daily basis. Long stressful hours as a result of poor planning. Irresponsible hiring.
