      Pros

      Job is easy once you get the hang of it. Most of the staff from other locations are pleasant to deal with. Very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Staff is friendly however head office can't get their stuff together. Makes the store levels look bad to customers when the office is constantly screwing up. Lack of communication from head office to store levels. They never give raises and have tiny bonus events that are sometimes hard to obtain due to lack of stock. Promoting from within is extremely few and far between.
