Pros
This company was like a family for me. They offer me a decent job, I learned so much with them and Ron the IT/Programming manager is amazing and knowledgeable. The upper management is very friendly and when you are doing a project for them you feel accomplished. Other than that the location (especially the new one) is very nice. They have sometime a breakfast offered, the parties are well organized. Even if I don't work over there anymore I'm always included in the event and I love to be around these people. Very positive energy and I would recommend this place to anyone that looking for a job where they can feel valued and appreciated.
Cons
The only thing I can think of was the pay. Unfortunately I had to leave because the cost of living in California is very high and I m on my own. But if they match my current salary I would go back to work over there without hesitating one second.
