This has been the worst experience of my life working for this company - thrown in the deep end with no training, bullying from staff condoned by company management, clients given very little support now days from what it used to do. upon leaving one staff member had to seek counselling from Womens Refuge due to the way the manager was so creepy and abusive. Poor framework that isn't actually helping people get work, staff are leaving in such high turnover that nobody is the same each year, abysmal management and what seems like a overall toxic culture among the leadership filtering down to other staff, leadership laughing and mocking disabled people and making poor light of them,, disappointing

Toxic work environment (including bullying and gossiping), micromanagement, problems are never dealt with, poor performers are not disciplined - top performers are punished and expected to clean up poor performers work. Management are have no direction and concerned more about meeting targets rather than helping clients.
