Toxic culture, poor leadership, and zero accountability
Pros
The office itself is modern and well-presented. Some genuinely good people on the client side (small minority of internal staff outside of toxic team culture).
Cons
Extremely poor leadership and lack of direction from management. Decisions are reactive, inconsistent, and often contradict what employees are initially told. Misleading hiring process, expectations set during interview and onboarding do not reflect the reality of the role or the business needs. No structured onboarding or support. You are effectively left to figure things out yourself in a disorganised environment. Clear presence of cliques and favoritism within the team. If you don’t fit a certain social dynamic, you are quickly sidelined. Communication is minimal to non-existent unless you initiate it. Feedback is not constructive or consistent. Employees are not given a fair opportunity to develop before decisions are made about their suitability. A culture of blame rather than accountability. High turnover of staff, which speaks for itself. Lack of transparency from senior management, messaging changes depending on convenience. Overall environment creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty rather than enabling people to perform at their best.
