      Micromanaged without proper training to succeed.

      Learned how to use an espresso machine.

      Cons

      CEO and people in other countries micromanaging through messages and cameras on the ceiling as I do my job. charging customers to sit in cafe.(after they buy food). Toxic “workplace family” culture. Overly complicated systems that are constantly changing. Being left in charge of things you were not trained on. Work here if you want to run a coffee shop in the most obtuse way possible.
