They always push back in helping and talk at you. If you give them feedback, take it personally complain to HR. The whole process is a lot of back and forth and met with rudeness via emails and in face to face meetings. It takes about 2 weeks to get any content back and you have to write the content yourself which may be hard if you’re in accounting or sales and this is jot your area of expertise.
