Pros

-The other review is right, there are roughly 2 or so really good and smart people at this company. Stick with them and you can learn a ton -The company has big ambitions yet lacks any focus (see cons) -The company seems to be merging with Hy-Tek. Hopefully many of the cons will be addressed.

Cons

-Sales runs the entire show and have a level of arrogance due to this. Be careful. -There are a ton of people who think they know something but really don't. Tons of middle management "I'm better than you types". Heavy Monday morning quarterbacking. -There will be people that will absolutely throw you under the bus -Overworked to the brim and no sense of direction between this. Almost everyone is always stressed and burnt out. -Very little care for Diversity and Inclusion. The majority of the company is senior caucasian males and runs in that manner. Diversity is absolutely not valued. -There is zero room for growth.

Pros

Read please these are NOT pros -if you want to get a job where the management is too lazy to give you performance reviews or manage you at all this is the place to be. Just watch out for MMQB which happens when you don’t do what they thought you should do when they were too lazy to listen -there are two really talented people in that office. Team up with them to survive. -they give you a phone but expect to be called at a funeral because someone was too lazy to find and email or document. -if you have some talent you will look amazing at this pace but don’t expect to get financial recognition for it. -You will have crazy stores to tell friends/family of what happened at work this week. After a while you will be looked down to by your friends for working there and be embarrassed when someone asks what you do. -You will develop great survival tools

Cons

Cons: -locker room talk is done in the open and feels like the 1950s. For example the Secretary was used at trade shows and wore skimpy outfits to sell systems. Yes her top was just a bikini -owner hires his friends and kids who don’t have any experience and lacking talent or ability to show up for work. They can come as and go as they please. You are watched like a hawk -owner publicly humiliates workers to boost his confidence. It doesn’t matter who you are and frequently targets the COO because he feels mentally threatened by him. -unless you beg you will not get a raise. One hard-working person didn’t get a raise for 7 years and another was told that the downturn in gas prices was their raise -don’t get fooled by ownership in the company. It doesn’t happen other than an extremely small check at the end of the good years and is completely a made-up number. Good years happen very infrequently. -screaming matches happen monthly. The manager just says oh he just gets excited, that is just who he is. -Owner gets a new company Porsche nearly every year and then you are told we are not making enough money to give raises. Owners entire family gets perks like phones and cars too. -if you are polite and give them 2 weeks they let you go on the spot. They talk about being a family but then you are kicked to the curb. -Clock watcher. Very immature managers where if you show up at 8:02 you are late. But they don’t realize that then everyone leaves exactly at 5 -they make you keep you PC for 5-7 years even if broken. -large majority of people don’t have a degree and some don’t have high school degree -shocked this company has not been to court for so many reasons. -dr appointment should be made only after 5pm -expect PTSD where you cannot talk about work after hours so you don’t get triggered -there is a yearly Christmas party where you are pushed to take shots but they are too cheap to give you a meal. Apps only! Oh and you have to sign 600 cards for customers at the party. Yup you even have to work at the Christmas party - this should tell you how every day is and they own you at all hours of the day.
