Pros

New agencies purchased over last few years so there's a lot of work to integrates systems, processes and people. Good place to learn a multi-variate skills. Some leaders from larger organizations and so know what it takes to close current issues and gaps. Mix of industry and non industry experts so good mix of opinions for problem solving.

Cons

Strategy is unclear and tactics / personnel often moved around to address which further delays launches. People on the floor questioning initiatives clearly show little support or understanding. Wrong values and little value for people as engine of a business.

Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn different sides of the business. I have learned ALOT since joining. My coworkers are great to work with, there is always someone who will have an answer for you. My team shares same values and beliefs, which is important to me. Compensation & Benefits are competitive in the market. We are putting a lot of systems and processes in place to make the organization more efficient. Regular Town Halls keep us up to date on what is going on. The company gives back...through Kensington Cares and sponsoring Syrian families. I feel like I can be myself and my work is valued by executive team members. There are a lot of long term employees at Worldview. The business is growing.

Cons

There has been quite a bit of change, so it keep things interesting. Office hours 830-530, are a little long...I will still put in those hours and more, it would just be nice to be able to leave at 5 or come in at night without having to ask to. A lot of people work from home, so its more challenging to create connections with the people you work with. Worldview operates as three separate businesses in one, it would be good to pool resources (i.e. marketing, websites, etc.) to streamline things and make things more clear.

Pros

longstanding company that should be around for a while. The company is expanding and has been bought out by a Canadian company who is looking to modernize the brand.

Cons

the company is not there for the employee. HR is not on your side, and will not direct employees in what is best for them. I have seen people talked out of making formal complaints because it would be "bad timing" for the manager in question (during a sexual harassment lawsuit with another employee).
