Good pay rates, full penalties (when overtime is approved) daily travel allowance+ distant travel allowance if working outside 50km
Cons
Some supervisors and senior managers are not incompetent, gps tracking on work vehicles policy is not properly implemented or easily accessible, some senior managers use of the gps tracking software is borderline illegal if not a direct violation of employee privacy laws
