Severe micromanaging. You will negotiate a salary, then they will deduct money from that to cover your insurance. Then, they will tell accounting to pay you hourly. The final number will be well below what was negotiated. Cameras are everywhere to watch you like a hawk. If you negotiate a raise in the future (6 months, 1 year), you will NEVER see that raise. There are many who accepted low offers expecting that promised raise. It won't happen. I've never witnessed a place where people are treated so poorly. There's no trust for employees--good employees who deserve a good work environment. While bmws are bragged about, they are too cheap to hire a real janitor for the building. Bathrooms and all are disgusting. Zero benefits. Fast food employees are treated with much higher respect.
