Remote Flexibility Majority of staff if young and new to working in the industry so you have full reign

I have to say, working with the leaders and founders here has been a great experience. These three strong women are not only genuinely nice but also constantly pushing boundaries, embracing new technology, and improving processes to make our work smoother. I like that everyone has clear goals. This means no micromanaging because we all know exactly what we're working towards and how it fits into the bigger picture. Also leadership will only hire knowledgeable, empathetic leaders. Also unlike other places I've worked where core values are just words on paper, here they're lived!. I like our core value "Kill it with kindness". The benefits are good too. We get generous PTO and are actually encouraged to use it. Plus, the work-from-home flexibility and the culture is not toxic like most fashion/retail companies. All my co workers are diverse, fun, funny, collaborative, managers are supportive and easy to reach, and many of us have had opportunity for growth. Honestly, I don't see any reason to leave. It's like struck gold here!
