Pros

The best reason to work here is to make pretty decent money until you can acquire a real job with career potential. This is Not a job to keep any longer than you have to

Cons

You are expected to make something out of nothing. You are given a data base full of old leads and expected to make them want to go to school. If someone hasn't accepted the invitation within two years the likely hood of them doing it is practically zero. You are made to feel guilty because you can't convert stale leads. their big thing is if you aren't at your goals you should be staying late and working weekends, but you aren't getting fresh leads to work to make your goal. One manager actually told a rep she couldn't go home until she enrolled a student.

Pros

If you either have no idea or just dont care that there are legally required ethics involved in this type of "sales," then this is the perfect place for you.

Cons

Where to begin? The systems in place are beyond pathetic, especially when the organization's primary product is technology education. There is NO ramp up period and if you either don't perform immediately or kiss the right butt, you're gone without warning. The standard shift is M-F 8-5 but several emails go out each week "highly recommending " you work Saturdays and/or holidays with no additional compensation, as the position is salaried, yet NO mention is made of this expectation during the interview or job offer. If you cant work Saturdays, regardless of why, you're gone without warning. Micromanaging is out of control here, and directors will literally sit or stand immediately behind you for the majority of the day. If you have questions about managing leads, contacting students, or pretty much anything, you will be condescended and answered rudely. I could go on and on about the overall dank and mostly unfriendly atmosphere, but I'm hoping you've got the jist of it by now.

Pros

The pay, fountain soda, meeting some really nice people who really wanted to do the best for the student

Cons

Hard to do your job without leads, horrible leadership, leadership talks behind each others back. Don't you see the reviews all popped up in may? Seriously, we were told to post reviews because they were so bad. Coder should have stayed coder which was so much better before the sci institute WOZ merger. The name WOZ did not help. He's more known out of the United States and we would get leads from international leads more than United States leads. If course we couldnt work them. But held accountable if they were in your data base. Need a lot of work. For goodness sake, don't enroll for programs where with a curriculum isn't even finished and having mentors teach who have yet to complete the program.
