      Pros

      The work itself is pretty simple and I never really went in worried about my tasks which is great. You are taught everything you need to know quickly which can be seen as a relief to some. Free coffee, water and occasional lunch and snacks which is actually thoughtful. You can listen to music and work.

      Cons

      The micro managing needs to be fixed because it is really bad. The atmosphere can be toxic at times.
