The employees are very kind and helpful to each other.
Cons
Family owned and ran business. Owners are family, management is family. They have only each other’s back. They will smile to employees faces tell them they are doing a good job and then terminate them because maybe they might have shared a concern or complaint. The turnover speaks for itself here. You must be a robotic employee and keep a smile on at all times. Also be weary of the cold female leadership team. Even the customers ask why they have to speak to someone new every couple months, it’s a revolving door.
