Pros
It’s a professional business environment. Small firm, but lots of clients from individuals, partnerships, SMSF to companies etc. You have chances to experience different entities, so can make a big progress in your career. The CPA accountants there are very professional, responsible and reliable.
Cons
Staff shortage exists. It’s super busy, so must be very focus, sometimes stressful under the timesheet. Most are long term staffs, it’s not that easy for new comer to pick up the jobs. Peers pressure exists. Training is not systematic as big firms.
