      Pros

      Fairly easy to pass the tests and become a writer

      Cons

      Relatively slow amount of orders, even during high season. No option to negotiate or bid for prices, which are extraordinarily low ($3-$5 for one page). CONSTANT SPAM THROUGH EMAILS. They will also sell your email to spammers.

      Flow of work during the high season

      Cons

      They have created an evaluation system that they do not follow. On will never get promoted despite having a success rate of 95% on all orders. Additionally, if they feel like terminating their contract despite having good statistics they will say that their was low quality. I believe there is alot of unprofessional decisions that are made in the company.
