Pros

There is a crushed ice machine in the break room

Cons

If you are not a favorite, this place is going to be awful for you. If a manager doesn’t like you personally, this place is going to be awful for you. And when you bring it up to the president of a company how you are being treated, she will tell you that you are making things up in your head and that it’s simply not true. She will also deny that there is favoritism shown in the workplace yet allow you to get “in trouble” for leaving 5 mins early while another employee is 2-4 hours EVERY SINGLE day of the week. And then you will have to pick up a majority of the workload because your coworker is no help & then be made to feel guilty when you don’t want to work more overtime than you are already working. There is also no room for growth or advancement at this company. You could be stuck doing the same exact one thing every day for 4 years. There is nothing but immature & ridiculous drama in this office. There is a lot of fake people so don’t trust anyone there. I used to be a person that tried to see the good in everyone and this place quickly opened my eyes to the toxicity that even a workplace that is supposed to be professional can actually have.

Pros

Monotonous, easy work. You get to listen to music. Every day is the same thing.

Cons

Catty woman. The entire company is run on blatant favoritism. If you've been there long enough and played nice with the managers you will get anything you want. They will leave you in the dark and not train you on almost every situation so they can use it against you later when you don't know how something is supposed to be. They will repeatedly change the rules to placate their favorite employees, no matter how hypocritical it gets. Unless you are kissing butt to every higher up, you won't get far. They don't give raises unless you ask, no matter how hard you work. They will bully employees into submission so you work harder for the same pay. They compare you to other employees (their favorites) every single day so you feel bad. They will tell you overtime is mandatory, but not tell you when "mandatory over time" is no longer applicable. This company is big on exploiting workers to gain more money. The CEO is very cheap and doesn't want to pay people their value. She sits in her office every day away from the work and doesn't see an issue when her employees struggle. You will have to meet a monthly goal otherwise you will be chastised if you don't complete it. Some employees are "maxed out on their pay" while other employees make significantly more. The people who make the most money are the ones who are best friends with the bosses. Your team lead won't even be a part of the team. She will sit on the other side of the office doing work by herself. If you try to ask her a question she will give you an attitude about it and try to laugh it off. They don't pay you well enough for the amount of work they demand out of you, but want you to come to work every single day with a positive attitude ready to work. Do not work here.
