- CEO took majority of their loan from Hindustan Media Ventures Limited (HMVL) and announced it as a "strategic investment" aka Series A when he could have done the same thing taking a loan from a bank with lower interest rate
- the management forces employees to talk about Wurkr on their personal
LinkedIn they would send out threatening messages that they will take "necessary action" if employees don't comply
- management monitors employee convo as well as email since they don't have a real job
- long time employees here don't really have any solid track record in their respective field in tech so if you are experienced don't settle here there's nothing really to learn
- low pay AND ALWAYS DELAYED with no explanation
- tricks everyone to taking more responsibilities even if that means doing 2 jobs in one role BUT pay doesn't even justify that
