Flexible working hours Great leadership and approachable management Healthy work-life balance Environment where people feel valued Feedback is always welcomed and acted upon A special mention to Ishan, who is by far the best manager I’ve worked with. He leads with empathy, gives clear direction, and always motivates the team to perform their best without adding unnecessary pressure. His style of management makes a huge difference to the overall work environment.
Cons
Like any growing organization, some processes are still evolving and things can move quite fast at times, but leadership is receptive to feedback and keeps improving. Overall, Wyzard is an excellent place to work if you’re looking for growth, support, and a culture that truly values people.

- poor management - less pay more work. - lots of demotivation. - without senior can’t survive a day. - zero work life balance - zero benefits for product developers.
