They throw nice social events every now and then where they invite the staff to do a fun activity or social meal The people (employees not management) are generally nice people

VERY Toxic Environment VERY Rude Management A lot of shouting and toxic masculinity Management doesn't acknowledge value of employees Management doesn't appreciate amount of time or effort being put by the team Management is under qualified and unexperienced HUGE egos Management is delusional about themselves, their status and their "achievements" Medical insurance is a JOKE. Same network that a general construction worker or fast food employee would get. (no disrespect meant to either) DONT DREAM of asking for a salary increase Your concerns and oppinions are never listened to or taken seriously The management is generally very sneaky with how they deal with their employees (specially if the employees are trying to leave the company or resign)
