Pros
Outside of the folks holding management/leadership titles people are very polite.
Cons
This company is still finding their own identity. Having young folks call the shots and deciding career development of young engineers is very questionable. Unpaid overtime is expected, and they will let you go without a care if you don’t fit into their mentality.

The employees are all polite and willing to help each other. The experienced engineers are all wonderful mentors. The work is interesting, challenging, and varied.
Cons
A spread out work force means employees have to take a more active role in communication.
