      Dysfunctional Company

      Pros

      There was great camaraderie amongst the main workers.

      Cons

      This company has highly dysfunctional leadership that does not know how to lead people or manage complex projects. There is very little planning and most people spend time putting fires out or on non-value add activities. It is not likely this company will be successful.

      Pros

      - Talented, highly competent teams across the board. From our engineers to Accounting, everyone I've come across is incredibly driven and wants to do a job. There are no slackers here. - Generous compensation package (base pay, annual merit increases, promotions, end of year bonuses, 20 days PTO, updated parental leave policy to 8 weeks, 401k, great health insurance with an employer contributed HSA) - Growing steadily yet responsibly. Our business development team doesn't take on risky bets. We sign agreements with partner companies where we know the chance for success is the highest. - Diverse teams across the organization
