      The founders are the worst leaders you'll ever meet

      The team are collaborative and we basically fend for each other.

      Cons

      1. The founders are the worst. 2. They have no plans on where to get funding -> which is needed for EMPLOYEES' SALARIES, right? 3. No benefits. The only thing we got was an astounding PHP1,000 for Christmas. They tell you about this right away. 4. They don't know anything about marketing/sales/business. They base their leadership on theories. 5. You won't learn anything here. STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST.
