      Dishonest and manipulative company using and abusing its employees

      - Employees are really nice - The company concept is good

      Cons

      - Jenny Keisu is an inkompetent/manipulative CEO (towards investors, employees and clients) - Management team has no experience and plays politics - Påroduct doesn't function and constantly breaks down - Management by fear - Office in Frihamnen is full of rats and stinks - No perks like other Swedish tech startups (pension, overtime, sports benefits, drinks, food etc.)

      Unstructured, chaotic with strange priorities

      Pros

      Fun product and some really passionate people. Could be a great company with a common direction of quality.

      Cons

      A tech company that doesn't prioritize tech. No one knows how things work, there's no testing available, and security is not a priority. A lot of micromanagement from "tech" people who have no clue about software. Everything going bad is blamed on software.

      Swedish style, not leaders nobody checks nothing and cant face any responsability

      Worst work enviroment, random numbers, production fail, if u are a consultant u will be fire without any explanation. If u are a expat u always need to wait for the approval from a swedish
