Co-Workers are very friendly and supportive. Benefits are pretty standard. It's a small company and there is a lot of potential.
Cons
Some management isn't open to change and wont let their employees take on more responsibilities. Some management aren't very nice to their employees and dictate to them rather than collaborate as a team.
