      Very small amount of staff doing lots of work. Verity of tasks and job functions makes each day interesting and time goes by quickly,

      As a startup plans change constantly. Dealing with new situations everyday and in constant rush mode is very stressful.

      Progressive entrepreneurial management. All employees used their technical skills in an open research and development environment that encouraged rapid implementation of application solutions. Product development occurred with full customer interaction and feedback.

      Cons

      The technical development time cycle was too short and customers were geographically too far away from the research labs. Consequently, travel time and cost sometimes impeded project completion time tables.
