      Pros

      - Flexible, remote working - Competitive pay - Nice team

      Cons

      - Lacks organisation and chaotic decision making at times - CEO is dysfunctional, insensitive and out of touch. Unable to step back and overly involved in work not qualified to do, which only adds confusion and slows down the team. He is holding back the business which can’t effectively scale.

      Talented, nice group of engineers, marketing team good people. Engineering team great.

      Cons

      If you work with the CEO directly you will have to adapt to his difficult personality as behaved to some a bully, especially if he noticed something different about them
