Pros

Great business model and with the three top OE lines in house tough to beat. Will increase market through addition of new stores in existing markets. Good inventory coverage especially on 2-5 yr applications. Solid pay at the ISR level to retain guys and gals that know customer needs. New training programs to ensure retention. A coming together management team that has been with some industry leaders.ore changes daily, while some may believe that leads to uncertainty I believe it gets us one step closer to perfection. This model can have huge impact in the right markets. Look at an IPO or leverage properties to grow at a faster rate.

Cons

Uneasiness among long time ISRs resistant to change. A delivery system that relies on contract drivers that are making just enough to get by, and have no skin in the game. Some management that places long tenured ISRs feelings over doing the right thing. Slow growth rate.

Pros

some people are nice but, put up with the lying to save their job. the owner ali was nice but, he retired and sold company so now it is owned by the japanese

Cons

reverse discrimination - loads of hispanics (some who brag about coming to USA illegally & running up medical bills and the filing bankruptcy) that cannot read, spell or write in English so, they ban together to discriminate against the other races and the human resource dept. (which is hispanic, too) believes their lies. super low class, unethical, lazy and lying employees; they lie to management and to the customers

Pros

Promotes from with in, One owner, no share holders, no red tape. Things get done quick and easy. XLP is very fast pace company and expects employees to keep up. XLP looks at Employees for feedback and ideas. As big as XLP is they are not too big to think they have nothing left to learn, Management encourages employees to speak up with ideas and new employee referrals. 55% of tenured employees (5 years +) have over 10 years with the company, people who do not like where they work don't stick around this long.

Cons

XLP is a great company but doesn't have all the answers. Leadership and direction is strong but mostly figures things out as they go along. This isn't always bad as XLP is not scared to venture out of the "norm". Entry level pay is low for some positions just barely above minimum wage. Lacks strong leadership in Dallas market.
