Pros
Colleagues and staff are generally fun and easy to work with.
Cons
Obtuse top management who refuses to listen to the mid-management - authoritarian leadership who takes no ownership when things turn sour. It doesn't help that none of the founding brothers is educated or experienced in managing a high-growth company of this stature. If you only require people to execute your commands, there is no need for Managers or technical specialists - just hire executives. Ironically, Managers out ratio Executives 10:2. Thankfully, colleagues are fun and nice to work with.
