Pros

Extremely close to their customer base. Upper management tries hard to get as much work in as possible.

Cons

Communication is not valued among all management, mixed messages are common, cross training and work sharing are not promoted, questions receive answers varying in correctness and reliability, enforcement of rules of conduct (schedule keeping, computer usage, speed of work completed, etc) vary per employee, minimal effort to retain employees.

Pros

Good pay, average benefits, all of management say they want employees to speak up. HR is very interactive with employee welfare. Culture and corporate values are continually discussed and appear incredibly important.

Cons

upper management micromanages, then criticizes when plans go south. Leadership flaunts the rules until they get caught by upper management then turn on employees to stay out of trouble. Culture and corporate values are NOT actually valued by upper management.

Pros

Very clean and tidy offices. Good morals and values of co-workers and management. Steady work. Good salary for the work that was required.

Cons

Too strict regarding tardiness for starting and leaving hours. No tolerance for new ideas or suggestions. Actual work was extremely dry and incredibly boring.
