Pros
Not many, the atmosphere is decent, I guess. Good work life balance.
Cons
There are a lot of problems. Management does not seem to care about those under them. They have immediately blame people, especially those underneath them. Management refuses to take any responsibility for anything that goes wrong. In addition, what they expect is not clear. They laid multiple people off while I was there. Not for any particular reason, as far as I know. They will hire people and lay them off 2 months later (or less). It is a very disorganized place that makes you fear that you may be gone any minute. Definitely an alpha culture (and it's awful).
