      Management, lack of knowledge and leadership, doesn't know what directions to take. Doesn't take any initial charge, doesn't give any clear instructions nor how to do any of the operational stuff. Save this company as a last resort for desperation measures.

      There's not many pros.. the management team is so poorly run.

      Unprofessional and terribly run company — do not work for XYZprinting. Management needs to be improved ASAP — it is so poorly run, just read the reviews. Known for firing employees with no cause and no notice. Save yourself and do not be fooled by this company... go somewhere else.
