Good colleagues but long interview process and high risk of being laid off

Good opportunity to meet data engineers of strong programming background. Free lunch and snacks. Relaxing office atmosphere.

Cons

After your interview assignment, you will me asked to do more assessment assignments with other clients in your own time, each of which could take you 10 hours. Clients could easily terminate your contract before your official end date. I think that is the reason why a client wants an external. Once the client stops your contract, you will be asked to stop the contract with xcc from the manager as soon as possible.

Provide relocation to the Netherlands. Maybe good place for dutch students who just finished the university

I've been working at Xccelerated for a year and I enjoyed being there a lot. Trainers team is amazing, so big thanks to Matthijs, Gary, Rick and Wesley for their tailor-made educational programs and the best attitude, which allows everyone to accomplish their goals as engineers and to grow as a specialists. Management team is also great, recruitment is on top and I'm grateful for everything they do to make XCC a better place. Thank you guys and good luck!
