Cliquey, overworks and underpays their employees, don't recommend
Pros
- Work car provided by employer
Cons
- micromanagement - management is cliquey and unsupportive - no HR process - overworked and underpaid/underappreciated - up to 290 properties per portfolio, worked until 11pm some nights with no overtime - senior property managers are allowed to delegate the vast majority of work to their assistants - no P&P - after struggling with workload, management advised they were moving me to a role I specifically said I didn't want to do (after they asked) - I quit before they could - walked me out of the office with a cardboard box in hand, providing optics of a bad employee being fired rather than an employee leaving of their own accord - management gaslighting - mental health went down the toilet in less than 9 months - use opportunity for "bonuses" to further increase employee workload, made to feel like not a team player for trying to have a work/life balance
