-Pay is EXTREMELY low compared to other positions in the ID field -Expensive benefits, but the coverage is good -PTO isn't always encouraged by management due to the nature of a deadline-driven company in a competitive industry -Sales often tries a little too hard to maintain clients by underselling and overpromising about what we can do -Work-life balance is inconsistent; overtime is often expected and required -Onboarding for new employees could use some improvements, it's gotten better over the past few years, but there's still improvement to be had for positions outside of proofing/editing.

When people get promoted, they don't always pay what those new positions should be paid. Upper management doesn't have a great idea of what it's like to compete against the big boys so large growth is probably not on the horizon. That being said, it'll be fine to keep moving along as it does.
