      Every day you learn something new. Managment is fair. Even though you work remote, there are support structures that are there to help.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The Executive team are so supportive and inspiring. I have worked for a few companies in a remote working working capacity and I can tell you this company has got it together. We are fully supported, engaged and the structure means you never feel like you are working alone. The best culture fit ever.

      Cons

      No Annual Increase or Christmas bonus, but that will change im sure as the company grows.
