Tonns of Cons...: --No corporate vision, --No operating guidelines ( all controls depend on whims and fancies of inexperienced owners) --Shell company operates from FEW RENTED FLATS in a residential building in a residential colony (even after claiming 4 generations experience) -- SPARTAN+RENTED FURNITURE in office --SALARY ALWAYS DELAYED. DISBURSED minimum 35 to 40 days late. No sal slips. --No polices on ESI , PF and employee welfare. --No Government rules compliance on labor welfare or even induction and Exit of all employees . --instant Terminations with no logic. Mostly served through WhatsApp. --No clearance salary to terminated employees --Rules/ SOPs changed without information --Owner Director not experienced or qualifed to lead --Owner Director never provide basic equipments to function --No soft or hard copies of past records ever maintained. --Attrition rate is very high due to employer misbehaviour also. --Owners director too self centered to lead --Experienced professionals aren't allowed to stay long. --The moment desired particular info is extracted , any employee is sacked immediately. --the owner director always attract candidates by talking big grandiose plans during interview.
