Pros

Co workers were great people. Repetitive work, so you know exactly what to expect. Relatively safe lab so no real hazards.

Cons

The pay for the workload is ridiculous. Upper Management cares only of profit, getting out client results so they can charge more for rushes. Mediocre human recourses. Incredible disorganization in labs and company structure. Upper management overlaps and you get different instructions from everyone. When stressed management throws tantrums. Whole company is run by family, so either way nepotism happens. Refuse to pay overtime work and expect you to stay.
