      Not a good place to work - gone down hill

      Pros

      - It’s dynamic with quick decision making. - Seen rapid growth.

      Cons

      - Very sales focused, not much regard for staff outside sales. - Career progression is only for the few and always given to the same people. - Culture can be very school yard bully at times. Especially directors and senior sales managers. - Directors disjointed from rest of the business. - Communication is poor. - Lack of objectivity in decision making by the directors. - Heavily male focused (boys club)

      Its all about the Sales people

      Pros

      Some good people although they are in the minority

      Cons

      Benefits package is non-existent..expect long hours with no overtime..Anyone not in sales are not considered important. And if not sales dont expect any career progression. Expect to be treated as a number...not a person

      Odd culture but have a few good people there

      Pros

      - Not the most intense sales environment in the world - There are a few good people here

      Cons

      - Not the most rewarding sales job in the world - Little opportunity to earn commission due to the low margin potential in deals - Not your typical sales structure of 'sales person makes money so company should make money in return too' - The entire company has an odd obsession of pleasing an MD who does not even know the names of anyone below manager level.
