no micromanagement no time tracking free snack, fresh fruits and lunch no check in check out work from home freedom good work life balance

Cons

very low salaries very low yearly increments Taking initiative / weight lifting is key to success and mandatory for survival working on low level technologies and beta frameworks (firebase,flutter web) incompetent seniors / incompetent management very small number of projects in total
