I used to appreciate the flexibility of working hours that allowed us to put in extra time during non-office hours without receiving overtime pay. However, the recent changes have left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. The new policy enforces strict punctuality, monitors our daily office hours with a scrutinizing eye, yet it still doesn't compensate us for overtime work. What's even more infuriating is the requirement to maintain an incredibly detailed daily log, accounting for every minute of our time. This level of micromanagement is suffocating and undermines our trust and autonomy as employees. In addition to these oppressive policies, the promises of increasing life credit have been lingering unfulfilled for a staggering two years. This not only reflects poorly on the company's integrity but also impacts our overall job satisfaction and motivation. Moreover, the parking allowance provided falls significantly short of covering the actual costs, leaving employees to bear an unfair burden. To make matters worse, the salary offered remains well below the market range, making it increasingly challenging to meet our financial needs and expectations. It's disheartening to witness a company shift from a flexible and accommodating work culture to one that seems focused on control and cost-cutting at the expense of employee morale. These changes have left me deeply unsatisfied, demotivated, and contemplating my future within the organization.
