Pros

You will learn very good technologies and architecture. Team is very creative and professional and very humble. Technological growth is next level. Increment is good. Ahmedabad Office manager is good.

Cons

CEO does micro management every time on very little things if he is not happy with the results he will fire you at a time regardless of how you experienced. There is no PF , Mediclaim and Other Perks Worst HR Policy. Ahmedabad Office manager is good person but CEO does his job through micro management

No Vision or Direction: The company lacks any meaningful strategy for the future. It feels like we’re just waiting for the next shoe to drop. No Work-Life Balance: The company expects employees to work long hours without recognizing their efforts or providing adequate time off, leading to burnout. Inconsistent Leadership, Poor Management Skills High Employee Turnover: Most senior employees have left, which has created chaos and confusion among the remaining staff. There’s a clear loss of experience and leadership.
