Makes employee feel special; high level training on converting business at the C Suite level
Cons
Sales goals are not realistic, chances of consistently making goals are slim, unless you're assigned to specific too tier accounts. Don't get too comfortable, you might not last the year, depending what on who you are. They make exceptions/ concessions for some to grow and have become successful, compared to others who are on their own, and probably won't make it.
