Good company but lot of comunication problems

Pros
It's a nice place, people want to talk and create relations, so you'll have lot of activities to do like run, bike with people from work. The project is awesome, really interesting. You'll work with nice technologies and have space to develop your skills
Cons
Not good managing product. Lot of issues with product team, they don't know what they want and everything is high priority. Every month there are something wrong because of some communication problem or the expectation was not well aligned between management and dev teams Don't have a good plan of career Benefits are not good. The salary is ok but health care can be better, etc..
